How do I register for a class?

There are a few routes you can take to starting a class registration.

1. You can use the Search for Courses button, which is on the home page, to
start a class search. Once you find a class you want, you can proceed to
register online for the class.

2. You can navigate through the Training & Development drop-down list to
start searching for a class, once you find the class you want, you can proceed
to register online for the class.

How do we contact a consultant?

I am having problems completing my registration. My browser goes to the homepage. What can I do about this?
You may need to adjust the security settings on your browser. Under Tools, locate the security tab and lower the setting to either ‘Medium’ or ‘Low.”

What are your office hours?
We are open for business Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm except for federally recognized holidays.

What if i choose to pay by check or money order?
You may pay by bank check, money order or personal check.  If paying by personal check the check must have name and address imprinted on the face of the check.  On the memo line of your check or money order you should note the class you are paying for and/or send with a copy of your printed invoice to:  Institute for Corporate & Continuing Education,  39 Columbia Dr   Tampa, FL  33606

What is your refund policy?
Written notice must be received prior to the start date of any course in order to be eligible for a refund. Participants may substitute another individual at any time, however, CEU credit will not be awarded for substitutions after any program has begun. Refunds will not be made after the start of any program. We reserve the right to cancel activities that do not meet minimum enrollment levels or for other good cause. Activities cancelled by the College will have refunds processed in-full.
